As a Digital Marketer at Boondoggle, my role involved setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. I was responsible for creating and managing media spending plans, primarily focusing on Meta and LinkedIn, ensuring efficient budget allocation. Additionally, I compiled and analyzed reports on campaign performances, which was crucial in shaping future marketing strategies and enhancing the effectiveness of our advertising efforts.
Brussels, (May 2022 - June 2023)
I worked on an internal training project to showcase the different fields of digital marketing and best practices.
As a digital marketer for Doktr, I spearheaded efforts to grow the user base of the Doktr app. I achieved this through various digital channels, including social media, SEA campaigns, and SEO. I collaborated with different agencies to fine-tune the strategy and adapt to a changing landscape. I also developed and implemented email marketing campaigns to nurture users, created dashboards, and analyzed data to optimize performance. Furthermore, I advised on the marketing plan for Q4 2022 to identify quick wins and resolve issues to boost performance in 2023.
At Invisible Puppy, I translated the website for the client Resengo (dutch-french) and set up automation workflows in Hubspot.

As a digital marketing specialist, I worked on the analytical side of projects for various clients. My responsibilities included auditing, reporting, analysis, and setup. I also set up and monitored email marketing tools and automation. In addition, I optimized workflows in Hubspot, conducted A/B testing, and set up landing pages. I performed keyword research and search listening for various clients and audited the tools used by clients to optimize their digital marketing workflow.

As a sales and marketing assistant, I monitored the sales and marketing flow in Hubspot daily. My responsibilities involved creating landing pages, mailings, and social media posts. I also coordinated with media agencies to ensure the correct ads were published in the appropriate media outlets. Furthermore, I was responsible for the offline marketing campaigns in the press, physical banners, goodies, etc., as well as organizing physical events for potential customers (launch of new real estate projects).

As an administrative assistant, I was responsible for follow-up after sales. This included tasks such as writing and translating mailings, coordinating with gas, electricity, and water companies, and ensuring clients had all necessary documents prefilled before signing. I also worked on implementing a CRM for the after-sales department in Microsoft Dynamics.
